 The City of La Mesa has implemented an online purchasing system which includes:

- Vendor Profile Registration
- Automated Bid Notifications Via Email
- View & Access Current Bid Opportunities
     - Download Bid Documents & Addenda
     - Submit Bids Electronically
     - View Results and Awards

To add yourself to our vendor listing choose "Register" above.

Select the "Current Bids" link above OR use keyword search below to see:

   - List of all current solicitations, then select project name for:

      - Bid description, documents and specifications
      - Scroll to bottom of description for project items list, results and award

To download bid packages and submit bids, vendors need to register and create a vendor profile. This will assure you are notified of opportunities in your commodities and any addenda issued. Choose "Register" above.

Select "Edit Profile" to update and maintain your vendor profile. It is your responsibility to update your profile when there are any changes in company staff, email addresses or commodities to assure that you receive bid notices.

Use electronic bidding whenever requested. We may accept electronic bids for purchases under $50,000 or those which do not require additional documentation, bonds or avadavats.

Be sure to download ALL documents including the attached Terms & Conditions, General Provisions or Contract Agreements which may apply to each type of purchase.

Bids are due at or before the time shown. Late bids cannot be accepted. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the bid document has been downloaded or otherwise obtained, including addenda. Amended bids received without the applicable addenda will be rejected as incomplete.
