Conference Hotel Reservations - Reservations can be made for October 9th at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, 200 South Pine Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90802, and Phone (800) 233-1234. To ensure the conference rate, individuals must call the hotel directly at (800) 233-1234 and ask for "PlanetBids Users Conference." Please note, the discounted rate will be dependent on availability and the cut-off date is September 15, 2006.

The PlanetBids User Conference provides an invaluable chance to network with other users and with PlanetBids, account managers and senior management. And, it is also a learning event, a place to ask questions, learn from others' experiences and to learn about new BidsOnline™ features.

The conference will take place at the modern facilities of The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, 401 Golden Shores Long Beach, CA 90802
Conference Registration
Your conference registration includes: Welcome reception, all sessions, breakfast, lunch, coffee (during the breaks) and conference proceedings.

Registration Fees are:
Early Bird registration: $59.00 USD per attendee if payment is received before September 29, 2006.
Registration after September 29, 2006: $75.00 USD per attendee.
The registration deadline is Friday, October 6, 2006.

Cancellation Policy: Payment is refundable prior to September 22, 2006 per attendee minus applicable processing fees. The entire registration fee will not be refunded for any cancellations received after September 22, 2006.
